Y5 Dovedale 

Dovedale is one of the most beautiful places in the UK and it is within about an hours drive of Blackburn, The children in Year 5 are lucky enough to spend a couple of days their every year walking and exploring a spectacular part of the Peak District. 

Below you will find the presentation shared at a the parents meeting. If you have any questions please contact your child's class teacher via Dojo or the school office. 

Please note, for this trip your child will need hiking boots. We do not expect anyone to go out and buy new boots so if you would like to borrow a pair from school you can. Please just let us know.

Y6 Newby Wiske Hall 

At Blackburn Primary School every year the Y6 children visit the PGL Centre Newby Wiske Hall.
